Orbyx Privacy Policy

Summary

Orbyx has no accounts and no server of its own. Your game progress stays on your device. The one thing that does leave your device is what Google's AdMob SDK needs in order to show the ads inside the app.

What Orbyx stores on your device

Orbyx saves one file on your device containing only your own game progress:

• your high score and your ten best runs
• coins, unlocked skins and the skin you have equipped
• campaign stars and daily-quest progress
• daily-seed results (your score for a given day's layout)
• your settings: sound, screen shake, neon glow, orb trail, colour-safe palette, motion effects and text size

Angyal (OPC) Private Limited never receives this file. It is not uploaded, and there is no account to attach it to. Deleting the app deletes it. You can also erase it at any time from Settings → Reset all progress; account and data deletion sets out every route in one place.

Advertising

Orbyx shows ads supplied by Google AdMob (Google LLC, and Google Ireland Limited for users in the European Economic Area). There are three placements: a banner on the menu, an occasional full-screen ad after a run has ended, and an optional rewarded video you choose to watch to double a run's coins.

To serve, measure and guard against fraud in those ads, the AdMob SDK collects and transmits information from your device to Google. That typically includes:

• your device's advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID, or the Apple IDFA if you allow app tracking on iOS)
• IP address and approximate, IP-derived location (country or region level)
• device and app information: model, operating system version, language, screen size, and the app's identifier and version
• ad interaction events: that an ad was requested, shown, clicked or closed

Google acts as an independent data controller for this information. Its use is governed by Google's own policies, not by this one: Google Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, and Google's advertising and AdMob disclosures.

Two settings we apply on your behalf, in every build:

• Restricted data processing is enabled, so ads served in Orbyx are non-personalised. They are selected from context rather than from a profile of your interests.
• Ad content is capped at Google's “G” rating, matching the app's all-ages rating.

Your controls:

• Android — Settings → Google → Ads lets you reset or delete your advertising ID. Deleting it stops apps from receiving one.
• iOS — Orbyx asks for App Tracking Transparency permission on first launch. Declining is fully supported: the game is unchanged and ads remain non-personalised. You can change the answer later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

What Orbyx does not do

• No accounts, no sign-in, no email address collected by us.
• No analytics SDK and no third-party crash-reporting SDK.
• No in-app purchases and no paid unlocks. Every skin is earned by playing.
• No online leaderboards, no user profiles, no user-to-user communication.
• No access to your contacts, photos, precise location, microphone or camera.
• No network requests by Orbyx itself, other than those the AdMob SDK makes.

Crash information

If the app crashes, the operating system's own crash reporting may record technical details of the failure. On the next launch Orbyx reads that report so the crash can be printed to the device log for debugging, and then discards it. This information stays on your device and is never sent anywhere by Orbyx or by Angyal (OPC) Private Limited.

Apple and Google may separately offer you the option to share crash reports with developers through their own systems. That is governed by their privacy policies and by your device settings, not by this app.

Children

Orbyx is rated for all ages and is not directed to children under 13. It is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme. Orbyx itself collects nothing from anyone, including children; the advertising described above is served under restricted data processing and capped at a G content rating. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, write to grievance@angyal.in — the designated contact named in our child safety policy — and we will act on it.

Your rights

Because Orbyx holds no personal data of yours on our systems, we hold nothing to export or delete on request — resetting progress in-app, or uninstalling, removes everything the app stored. For the advertising data Google collects, exercise your rights (access, erasure, objection) directly with Google using the links above, or via your device's advertising-ID controls. If you have written to us, that correspondence is the one thing we do hold, and you can have it deleted — see account and data deletion.

Changes

If a future version of Orbyx changes what it collects or transmits, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the app's store data disclosures will be updated to match.
