This is the deletion route for every app Angyal Group publishes, and for anything you have sent us by email. Each app also has its own privacy policy describing what it stores in the first place.
There is no account to delete
Neither Merge nor Orbyx has accounts. There is no sign-in, no profile, no username and no password, and neither app has a server of ours to talk to. Nothing you do in either game is stored under your name anywhere, because there is no name attached to it.
That is why there is no “delete my account” button to point you at: Angyal (OPC) Private Limited holds no account of yours to delete. What each app does hold is a save file on your own device, and you can erase that yourself at any time.
Deleting your Merge data
Merge stores your progress in one file on your device — board state, campaign and mission progress, daily challenge results and your settings. Two ways to erase it:
- In the app — Profile → Reset progress. This clears the save immediately and cannot be undone.
- Uninstall the app. Removing it deletes the file with it.
Either route removes everything Merge has ever stored. Nothing is retained, because there was never a copy anywhere but your device — the Merge privacy policy sets out exactly what the file contains.
Deleting your Orbyx data
Orbyx stores your high score and best runs, coins, unlocked skins, campaign stars, daily-quest and daily-seed progress, and your settings — again, in one file on your device. Two ways to erase it:
- In the app — Settings → Reset all progress.
- Uninstall the app.
Orbyx additionally shows ads through Google AdMob, which is the one thing in either app that sends anything off your device. That data is held by Google, not by us, so we cannot delete it for you — but you can reset or delete your advertising identifier yourself (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking), and exercise your rights with Google directly. The Orbyx privacy policy links to the relevant Google pages.
Deleting what we hold from an email
The one place Angyal (OPC) Private Limited does hold personal data is our mailbox: if you have written to us, we have your email and whatever you put in it. Ask us to delete that correspondence and we will.
Write to support@angyal.in, or use our grievance and data protection contact. Tell us the address you wrote from — that is all we need to find it. We acknowledge within 1–2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually the same week. If a message has to be kept for a legal or accounting obligation we will tell you which, and delete it when that obligation ends.
If a future app has accounts
No app we publish today has accounts, and this page describes that honestly rather than dressing up a deletion flow that does not exist. If we ever ship an app that does, this page will be updated before that build is submitted — with the in-app deletion route, what is deleted, what is retained and for how long — and its own policy and store disclosures will match.
